Colleagues,
after the resignation and publicly distancing itself from Silp, there have been numerous certificates of appreciation and solidarity received from you is that by leading trade union leaders.
All this has given new impetus to the enthusiasm subsided, ridandomi again the desire to compete and fight for the sole purpose of defending the rights of colleagues, never as in these times, undermined by very questionable policies on safety and all local representatives of the Administration dedicated to implementing that famous saying ".... Do as I say not as I do ...."
While we feel flattered and grateful for the abundance received, today I feel calm and sure to be no longer gain experience in other trade unions.
fact with today's decision to join the project SIAP I think I have a closed loop made up of unions to different confederations but certainly, certainly educational, enriching, both in terms of trade union staff. I close this path with a true homecoming.
A house that I know, I helped, years ago, to build from their origin, from the foundations. A return that will allow me to continue a path, only interrupted at the time.
In thanking his friend Salvatore Como as well as Secretary General for the kind words he addressed to me in his public statement, I want to say that our membership in the SIAP born from shared values, principles, ideals consistently implemented by SIAP in recent years and especially in the latter period of his voice, almost alone, has was offset by the questionable decisions of this Government on the safety and legality. In Palermo
then, the SIAP has become a real focal point for anti-mafia and the battles for the legality, not only within our administration, but especially in civil society.
The strong commitment to the personalities involved in fighting anti-mafia and anti-racket and very successful initiative of the White Night of Law and Security, in a symbolic place as antimafia Piazza San Francesco, the SIAP is not only a police union, but also a real place of civic consciousness, dialogue, debate and construction of a new way of understanding the statement of own ideas.
For all these reasons today I put at the disposal of SIAP, my experience, my newfound desire and my renewed enthusiasm for the sole and only purpose I know:
