On the occasion, which followed previous meetings 28 and December 29, the employers' delegation has summarily described some elements of its first orientation regarding changes to the classification professional to discuss in its reform of the Negotiable category. In essence, these initial findings seem to be characterized schematically three aspects: reduction from the current 8 to 7 parameters of the wage grading, placing on a single parameter, the entire square area, elimination of automatic classification parameters between the levels currently set for G, F and D, introduced in the description of declarations professional formulations that allow more room for flexibility of uses and professional duties between adjacent levels. In any case, the trade union delegation emphasized the need to develop on this issue when negotiations for the renewal of the Negotiable railway operations will actually be activated, a c OMPARISON which also takes account of subsequent convergence solutions that predispose , with those to be assumed, on the same subject, in the renewal of the Negotiable local public transport. This need, in fact, arises both from the perspective of gradual unification of the two CCNL category (to be completed, however, already Ministerial Protocol of 14 May 2009 and subsequent contractual texts signed September 30th, 2010 lies beyond the current validity assumed for the new National Collective Labour Mobility), and, much more in the short term, to adjust the merger process underway in TLN (between LeNord and line of business represented by the Regional Directorate of Lombardy Trenitalia) and that in the absence of solutions made available by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement, he sees his job classification in one of the most critical issues for the harmonization of contract necessary for that company. On the other hand, in confirmation of this particular second, today's meeting was also attended by Chief of Staff of TLN. For the continuation of this phase reconnaissance parties were updated to 19 and 20 January next, assuming that the purpose of the meetings of the remuneration structure. The same survey reported being the CCNL local public transport, but only started January 10 last year (earliest date available from Asstra Anav and after the Christmas break), continues as planned in that 'occasion, 18 and 19 next.
