E 'continued at the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport, reconnaissance, taking place between Asstra, Anavar, FILT-CGIL, CISL-Fit, Uiltrasporti, UGL Transport, Fais, to identify the issues priorities which are the subject of the renewal of CCNL category under the new Local Public Transport Mobility Negotiable. As agreed at the last previous meeting of January 19 - during which the employers' delegation presented a summary on its activities - the trade union delegation has also proposed further issues. At the end, it was agreed that the survey should be developed further, from scheduling meetings for days 1 and 8 February, on the matters proposed by the employers' delegation on January 19, as well as here: CQC, legal protection, damage, supplementary pensions; right to education, trade union prerogatives; classification of personnel. On this last subject the employers' delegation has repeatedly expressed its unwillingness to place it among those to be treated. That ruling was unavailable then removed, albeit with strong reservations, following the intervention of the representative of the Ministry. More generally, during the meeting have confirmed significant distance between the starting positions of the parties in each of the issues the defendants, even though it was still done an adequate investigation of the matter.
