CCNL MOBILITY'
E 'continued at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation meeting focused on the identification of issues related to the renewal of railway operations under the new Negotiable Negotiable Mobility. During the two meetings held on (28-29 December 2010) have focused some initial findings related to the new structure of the Negotiable category in the discipline of the chapter "Working time" and assumed joint which, as already outlined in l UIDELINES platform union in February 2008, responding to the specific activities, especially the crew, taking place in the railway sector (domestic and international passenger transport, in turn comprising the particularities of the service carried out on the HS / HC lines, local and regional passenger transport, freight). Still in keeping with the trade union platform, has also been hypothesized further articulation of the railway CCNL referring to complementary services and support to activities within the scope of the Negotiable Mobility (on which there is the possibility of definition in the text signed by the parties on September 30 last ), which should stabilize the junctions (cleaning stations, accompanying night, catering, etc..) done over the years on CCNL industry. The meeting was updated the next 12 January. It remains confirmed for January 10 next year, always at the Ministry, the kick-off meeting of the overview of issues related to the renewal of the Negotiable local public transport.
